The mission of the Homeless Help Coalition is to build a national consensus on the nature of the homeless crisis and to promote needed reforms, public awareness, improvements in outreach and creation of resourceful solutions by fundraising and examining the quality and relevance of media news awareness education. Together we can identify and implement effective practices and place desperately needed societal change strategies into public policy.

Community Progress was founded by Michael D. Ratner in 2003 as a way to help groups and train future community leaders. The Friendship Fellowship is our latest initiative to bring together various interests and people for the cause of giving needed monies, attention and support resources. Homeless Help is a fundraising venture and is coalition project of Charity Choice directed by Community Progress.
The Homeless Help Coalition will be managed by a Board of Directors. Advising the Board of Directors is a National Steering Committee to be comprised of socially responsible business, public policy and homeless advocate groups and a diverse group of recognized issue experts and concerned citizens.
The Coalition will be a planned management operation to be guided by a National Steering Committee that includes experts on homeless issues including housing, shelters, employment, mental health and addictions, adolescent issues, children, families, hunger, culturally competent care, and recovery-oriented approaches
This work is expected to be supported by various contributions made through this project, Charity Choice and other giving plans such as grants and individual donations. Please help us today! .
The work of The Homeless Help Coalition will evolve in an organic fashion, in multiple phases over a number of years. We are launching our various campaigns to raise awareness and funds in different stages. |
